Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software services, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The service has not yet been delivered

• A written agreement specifies refund conditions

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Customized software development

• Activated licenses or deployed systems

• Consulting or implementation services already performed

3. Dispute Resolution
